Make a Rueben Sandwich with Turkey, Thousand Island dressing, and sauerkraut. A healthy alternative to corned beef and a flavor that will make your mouth water.
- Sauerkraut Sunday Baked Potato Topping
cup sour cream
cup sauerkraut
tsp. dill weed
1-2 tsp. Crumbled bacon
Combine all ingredients except bacon. Place a dollop of mixture on baked potato halves, sprinkle with bacon.

2 cups sauerkraut, well drained
1 medium onion, chopped
2 to 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
